Positive: I had booked the night due to the roads north of otaki being blocked all day. It was an unfundable booking. The cottage looked beautiful and I will definitely stay there in the future. When the road opened I approached Judith asking if she could please cancel without a,fee due the circumstances. This was very important to me as my mother is in a resthome in Levin. and is unwell. Judith kindly agreed to do this. And I am very grateful at her kindness and understanding. Thank you so much Judith.
